How to Find Legitimate Paid Surveys

While there are lots of real and legit survey websites out there that pay people for their opinion, there are also many scams. Thankfully when I was starting out with paid surveys, surveysatrap and surveypolice were the kind of sites I knew I had to check before registering with any company. It is important for you to know how to differentiate between the two, so you can save yourself from becoming a victim of a paid survey scam, thus increasing your chances of succeeding with earning free money with paid surveys.

An easy way to do that is to simply search online for reviews. For example, if I was trying to find out is Swagbucks safe or not, I would simply search for that phrase online and find reviews that focus on that aspect.

To get you started, here are a few things that all legit paid survey sites have in common.

Legitimate paid survey websites will:

1. Always have a privacy policy page where they tell you exactly what they do with the information you give them such as your name and email address. Remember, if you see something like “share” your information with “partners” and “associates”, it is highly likely that they will be selling your information to the highest bidders. So, stay away from such a sites.

2. Always have a contact page where they give their contact info. Now, some scam sites do that too, but if you check their info, you will see that they are nothing but fake contact info. So, be sure to double check everything.

3. Not guarantee you a set amount of income. Scam sites tend to inflate numbers and lure you in by promising you thousands of dollars, sometimes even down to dollar and cents. But legit survey panels never give you any such claims.

Now, there are also other things that can help you avoid scams. For example, doing a quick research about a site you intend to join can help you find reviews written by other folks who have encountered the same site before. There are lots of online forums like Survey Police and blogs dedicated to paid survey reviews, be sure to take advantage of them.

Arm with the information above, you can ensure you don’t waste your time and money chasing paid survey scams. Instead, you can focus on making more money with real and legit paid survey sites.
